Draw the curtains, sage your space and vibe to the shadowy sounds of gothic rock music

Service Description

Draw the curtains, light some candles, sage your space, mist your aromatics and settle-in to vibe with the darkness of the night. In this pre-recorded session, expect to practice cooling Sitali Pranayama (Cooling Breath), slowed down version of Chandra Namaskar x3 (colonially known as Moon Salutation) and grounding yin poses. There's little talk in this recorded session, rather straightforward cues to get you into poses, reminders to focus on breathwork and guidance through meditation. I’d much rather listen to Siouxie Sioux, Bauhaus, Joy Division, The Cure, and other shadowy artists, than hear myself talk, any night of the week. Items to gather for maximum benefit: a strap/belt/sash from your robe, a bolster/couple pillows/couple couch cushions, speaker with good sound/headphones/earbuds, cozy blanket/weighted blanket, and a mat/carpeted area/comfortable space. Having access to a wall will be a bonus for sure. Here’s some wee encouragement to practice boundary setting, wink-wink, by letting household members know you will need complete, uninterrupted privacy throughout this one-hour, deeply nourishing, moon-inspired session. See you on the Darkside, but also, love and light, Kristina Psst, If you’ve read to this point, you and I might be a great fit for one-on-one yoga therapy. If you’re curious, you can schedule a 10 min Zoom call to meet. To prepare for our Zoom, jot down a couple of reasons why you are curious about yoga therapy.
